Qualification:
- Male, Max. 4o years old
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
- Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
- Should have strong in operational, leadership and presentation skills
- Must be a team player who is committed to continuous improvement
- Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and good knowledge and understanding of DEPNAKER rules, Income tax employee, jamsostek and insurance policies.
- Experience in setting up HR system and policy, formulating company policies, implementing manpower strategies and procedures
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations, preferred.
